Our Nursery 2 children have been diving deep into the wonders of the ocean through this year’s Start Small Dream Big theme — “Ocean Revival: Together for a Cleaner Future.” 💙
Each week, the children explored a new topic that helped them understand the beauty and importance of our oceans:
🐚 Introduction to the Ocean – discovering what makes our oceans so special.
🐠 Ocean Animals – learning about the amazing creatures that live under the sea.
🚯 Pollutants and Their Impact – understanding how litter and waste affect marine life.
♻️ Recycling and Reusing – finding ways we can give new life to used materials.
💧 Be a Friend to the Ocean – learning simple ways to show care and kindness to our environment.
🪸 Let’s Use Less Plastic – discovering how small changes can make a big difference.
🌏 Ocean Conservation Heroes – celebrating people (and children!) who help protect the ocean every day.
Throughout their learning journey, the children enjoyed making crafts together, playing games and listening to meaningful stories and picture books about the ocean. Each story sparked curiosity, empathy, and awareness — inspiring them to take small but important steps in caring for our planet. 📚💙
Together, our little ocean heroes are learning that even the smallest hands can help create a cleaner, brighter, and bluer future! 🌊💪
