The children observed their plants’ growth on a daily basis and documented their observations. They used both photography and illustrations to record the changes they noticed over time. This process gave them a deeper sense of meaning, understanding, and appreciation for the growth journey. It also encouraged them to become reflective thinkers—seeing themselves not just as students completing schoolwork, but as active participants in a meaningful learning experience.
