As we wrapped up our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) journey with a special visit to All Saints Home, our hearts were filled with gratitude, joy, and pride. This meaningful experience allowed our children to extend love and care to the elderly through a simple yet impactful act of giving.
In the weeks leading up to the visit, our little ones from PG to K2 worked together to sort, pack, and prepare donated food items such as biscuits, Milo packets, coffee, and oatmeal. They showed responsibility, teamwork, and a genuine eagerness to help, understanding that their small actions could bring smiles to others.
Excitement filled the air the moment the children boarded the big excursion bus—our young adventurers were ready for their special mission! Upon arrival, they confidently greeted the residents and put up a cheerful performance, spreading laughter and warmth through their songs and smiles. Watching the children interact so sweetly with the elderly was truly heartwarming.
This SSDB experience reminded us that even the smallest hands can make the biggest difference. Through this journey, our children learned about kindness, empathy, and the joy of giving. We are incredibly proud of them for spreading happiness and making someone’s day a little brighter.
A big thank you to our supportive parents and dedicated teachers for making this meaningful experience possible. Together, we have shown our children that care and compassion can truly change the world—one small act at a time.
