To kick start Start Small, Dream Big at Star Learners Yio Chu Kang, the K2 children sang and danced to the song ‘Love Your Pets’ at our launch party.
Through the song, they learnt to love all pets by taking care of them, giving water and food, playing with them and treating them like best friends.
In partnership with SPCA, the organization had sent us some resources which consisted of stories illustrating pets being abandoned in various ways and how they can be rescued from their misery. Hence, the children read those stories and shared how sad they felt and pledged to always care for animals.
