A Start Small Dream Big Project by Kindergarten 1 and 2 Children of PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Blk 416 Fernvale
On 28th May 2025, the Kindergarten 1 and 2 children of PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Blk 416 Fernvale proudly launched their Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project titled “Eco-Kids Adventures.”
This year, our young eco-heroes are focusing on raising awareness about various environmental issues, including the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), water conservation, plant composting, protecting animal habitats, saving energy, reducing food waste and disposables, public hygiene, pollution-free transportation, and climate change.
To kick off the project, the children worked together to create a vibrant SSDB banner, creatively using recyclable materials such as aluminium cans, fruit wrappers, old clothes, and plastic cups to form the letters “S.S.D.B.”
This meaningful hands-on experience sparked thoughtful conversations around sustainability, helping the children understand that every small action makes a difference when it comes to protecting our environment.
As they continue their Eco-Kids Adventures, our little changemakers will explore real-world environmental challenges, engage in eco-friendly initiatives, and advocate for a cleaner, greener future—one small step at a time. 🌍
