As part of our Start Small Dream Big project “Together We Care, Together We Share”, our children began a community service learning journey with All Saints Home (Hougang). This project aims to nurture empathy, promote social responsibility and foster intergenerational bonding.
We kicked off the project with a Launch Party!
During group discussion, children shared reflections on kindness and respect, from helping others to caring for their grandparents and elderly family members.
To symbolise their commitment, children performed the song “Step by Step” and pledge: “We may be small, but we can make a difference.”
They also put care into action by creating handmade crafts and decorating gift bags prepared for the elderly.
