Sustainability Day Highlights – 30th May 2025
On the 30th, our centre came alive with meaningful activities as we celebrated Sustainability Day with a focus on upcycling. The children participated in various hands-on activities at interactive booths, each designed to educate and inspire them on important sustainability topics in fun and engaging ways.
A highlight of the day was our “Trash to Trendy” fashion show, where children from different age groups confidently showcased their eco-friendly creations made from recyclable materials. It was heartwarming to see their creativity shine while promoting the message of reducing waste.
Adding to the excitement, our K1 and K2 children and their parents attended a special sustainability workshop conducted by a representative from Ground-Up Initiative. This engaging session was part of our pre-event activities and provided valuable insights into sustainable living practices.
The day was a wonderful blend of learning, creativity, and community involvement, helping our young learners take meaningful steps toward becoming environmentally responsible individuals.
