🌍 MK@Meridian Goes Green for Our First Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) Launch Party!
In conjunction with Earth Day, MK@Meridian held a meaningful mass beach clean-up with children and their parents at Pasir Ris Park. The event began with a lovely family picnic, where children, parents, and friends gathered to share food and laughter, followed by exciting bubble play that brought smiles all around.
Children also had the opportunity to learn about water filtration through hands-on experiments, using simple materials like plastic cups and coffee filters to filter water collected from the beach.
The highlight of the day was the beach clean-up itself. Children, parents, and teachers worked hand-in-hand to pick up litter along the shore, making a real difference together. Through this activity, everyone not only had a joyful and memorable time at the beach but also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of reducing waste and keeping our beaches clean.
