At PCF Sparkletots @ Eunos 620, we kicked off our Start Small Dream Big journey with great excitement through a centre-wide Launch Party on 14 May! This year, our little ones will embark on a meaningful project with the theme “Protecting Wildlife & Water.”
To begin our campaign, we gathered as a centre to talk about why it’s important to take care of animals and the oceans they live in. The children participated in a pledge-taking ceremony, promising to care for wildlife and protect our water sources.
The launch was filled with fun and educational activities! The children took part in a “Walk the Plank” challenge, where they practised their balance while pretending to clean up the ocean by picking up trash and placing it into the correct recycling bins.
They also conducted an oil spill experiment, which helped them understand how pollution harms marine life and why it’s important to keep our waters clean.
It was a day filled with learning, laughter, and teamwork as we began our SSDB journey together. We look forward to many more opportunities for our children to grow as young eco-heroes who care for the world around them!
