As SSDB came to an end, we wanted to celebrate National Day with the seniors and elderlies. On 13 August 2025, the N2 and K1 children visited Sparklecare @ Eunos 650. They played a variety of games and performed for the elderlies.
We started the day with a relaxing workout song, where both the seniors and children were seen happily dancing and moving to the song.
Afterwards, we played two games — “Pass the Noodle” and “Pass the Ball.” In “Pass the Noodle,” both the elderlies and children worked together to move the noodle along a string, cheering one another on. We even gave them a challenge to see which table could complete the game the fastest!
The same excitement continued with “Pass the Ball,” using paper cups and a plastic ball. The seniors and children encouraged one another, showing wonderful teamwork and laughter throughout.
Finally, the children performed two delightful dances that they had been practicing for a month. Their hard work and confidence shone brightly during the performance. The elders were delighted by the children’s presence and thoroughly enjoyed the games and performances arranged for them.
It was truly a heartwarming experience that brought joy to both generations — a meaningful reminder of how kindness and connection can brighten hearts across all ages.
