On August 6th, our nursery 2 children collaborated with NTUC Health Day Care for Seniors at Kampung Admiralty to commemorate National Day.
As part of the activities, the children and seniors worked together to create a Singapore flag using rolled crepe paper. The children also presented a dance performance, which was warmly received by the seniors, who applauded and enjoyed the presentation.
This meaningful collaboration provided the children with an opportunity to develop an understanding of respect and care for the elderly, while bring joy and companionship to the seniors. The event served as a heartwarming reminder of the importance of community, kindness and celebrating special occasion together.
