A Fruitful Basket of Love

This year, the children from Newton Kindergarten Nursery classes decided to collaborate with Irene Nursing Home for the Start Small Dream Big project. They want to show their love and care to the elderly at Irene Nursing Home by blessing them with fruits.

Amid the Covid-19 situation, our children were able to demonstrate their love and care for some special group of people. The children from Nursery classes were given a list of fruits to pack in their fruit baskets. Our aim is to inculcate good values to our children and encourage them to give back to society.

OUR FRUITFUL BASKETS OF LOVE CREATED AT HOME.

OUR FRUITFUL LOVE OF GIFTS

The children were encouraged to create their own fruit baskets at home with their parents and bring to school to donate them to the elderly at Irene Nursing home. They were excited to take part in this project and urged their parents to bring them to the supermarket and fruit stalls to buy these fruits.

PROUD TO PRESENT OUR FRUITFUL BASKETS OF LOVE

It is our responsibility as early childhood educators to teach the children that no one can do everything but everyone can do something. We also believe that shaping their tomorrow is our greatest hope and goal.

LOVE FROM ALL OF US
