On 4 June 2025, our students visited St Andrew’s Nursing Home as part of our Start Small Dream Big initiative. The children performed songs and presented handmade paper flowers to the residents, bringing joy and smiles to their faces.
We also organised games, and the children enthusiastically played alongside the residents, cheering them on and offering guidance and encouragement. The residents were delighted by the interactions, and their happiness was evident throughout the visit.
This meaningful experience allowed the children to practise empathy and kindness. They showed great care in connecting with the elderly and were eager to serve the community. It was a valuable life lesson in compassion and respect for others.
