In the month of June, the children continued to bring recyclables that they and their families have collect and sorted it out to their respective bins as well as discussed and shared about what is “Upcycling”. The children then used their knowledge on upcycling, and made various items/activities used during our charity drive!

K1 upcycled unwanted materials to make games

The children went to Bright Hill Evergreen Home where they performed some songs and used the items they made in class!
We performed ‘Save my world’ and ‘听我说谢谢你’ as the elderly used the musical instruments to shake along to the song
Playing games made by the K1 and some N2-K2 parents with the elderly
Upcycling old tshirts to make a recycle bag and made a bag charm out of paper beads
