Part 2: Our journey
Throughout the project, children engage in hands-on, age-appropriate activities that help them understand the importance of caring for the environment and practising sustainable habits.
They learn through storytelling, exploration of green spaces, gain insights about recycling through a partnership with Sembcorp; practise recycling in the classroom; create art and craft projects from recycled materials; and reflect on their learning through role-play and sharing sessions. These experiences encourage children to adopt eco-friendly habits both at school and at home.
