It is finally upon us! On Friday, 22th April 2022, Kidz Meadow Yishun launched our SSDB project! The children were excited to see the slides created by the teachers and the videos by the children and parents!
The children and teachers donned their orange SSDB hats. They were attentive and excited when they were viewing the slides that were presented by the SSDB team members.
The children enjoyed finding out more about different families and the different cultures in Singapore. The children were informed that they will be working together with All Saints Home, Red Cross and National Library Board.
The Kindergarten 1 and 2 children continued with their batik print handkerchief craft with their classmates.
The Nursery 2 children were excited to start painting their bookmarks!
The children enjoyed doing their version of batik printed handkerchiefs and bookmarks. They are looking forward to learning and contributing more to the community by extending their help to the residents at All Saints Home, learning about basic first aid from Red Cross and acquiring knowledge from books at the national library!
