Skool4Kidz @ Woodlands Crescent Meadows celebrated Parents’ Day on Wednesday, 28th May 2025, with a series of joyful and meaningful activities. This special occasion also marked the launch of our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) 2025 project — starting our journey of kindness and appreciation with the people who matter most: our parents.
Although parents were not invited to attend the classroom celebration, special arrangements were made for photo-taking during arrival and dismissal times. Children proudly posed with their parents using vibrant, handmade photo frames. In class, they learned about the significance of Parents’ Day through songs, videos, and meaningful discussions on love and gratitude.
To commemorate the day, a OneDrive link was shared with parents so they could view their children’s sing-and-dance performances and heartfelt video messages specially prepared for them.
Children also engaged in a thoughtful craft activity, creating personalised photo keychains and colourful flower bouquets as gifts. They were excited to bring home something meaningful and handmade for their loved ones. The celebration not only strengthened family bonds but also helped the children understand the values of appreciation and love—a heartwarming beginning to our SSDB 2025 journey.
