The K1 and K2 children embarked on their SSDB project with the first family value on Love. The children were able to engage in games, storytelling, singing and role playing to explore the 5 different love languages (Pats and Hugs, Words of Affirmations, Quality Time, Gift Giving and Acts of Service).
The children then created various artworks to show their understanding about love throughout the various lessons. In the first craft, the children engaged in drawing out their favorite love language and how they can show love towards their family using their favorite love language.
In the next craft, the K1 and K2 children enhanced their fine motor skills as they cut out and decorated heart cards and created a heart shaped clay figurine that they gifted to their classmates to show they love to one another.
For the final craft, the children used their creativity and drew various acts of love and designed their very own wand of love ! ❤️
