Mixing Fruits and Milk with Love – A Healthy Drink to Show We Care

On Friday, 27th June 2025, the children at Skool4Kidz @ Woodlands Crescent Meadows participated in a delightful and meaningful activity titled Mixing Fruits and Milk with Love. This hands-on session was part of our SSDB 2025 journey to help children understand how simple, thoughtful actions can show love and appreciation—especially toward their extended family members.

During the activity, the children learned how to combine fresh fruits such as bananas, apples, strawberries, or grapes with milk to create a healthy and tasty drink. They explored the ingredients through touch, taste, and smell, and followed simple steps to make their own fruit milk. Teachers guided conversations about how preparing and sharing food can be a kind way to care for others, especially grandparents or relatives at home.

The experience was not only delicious but also meaningful. As they stirred and tasted their creations, children were encouraged to share kind words, gestures, or drawings that showed love for their family members.

The children showed curiosity, care, and joy as they learned that small actions—like making a drink—can carry big messages of love. This activity supported their development in fine motor skills, language use, and emotional expression, while reinforcing the idea that even young children can play a part in showing kindness and appreciation.

Mixing Fruits and Milk with Love was a beautiful reminder that heartfelt gestures don’t need to be grand—they just need to come from the heart. It was a perfect addition to our SSDB 2025 focus on caring for others.
