Inspired by this year’s Start Small Dream Big theme, Loving Our Planet, Caring for Nature, our N2 children explored water pollution through Barry the Fish with Fingers and a photo exhibition that sparked empathy and curiosity.
To deepen their understanding, they participated in three art-infused activities:
Underwater Theatre – Dramatic play using recycled props to role-play marine life affected by pollution.
Art elements: Form, Texture, Movement
Save Our Sea Friends – Group drawings showing clean vs. polluted oceans with discussions on protecting sea life.
Art elements: Line, Shape, Colour, Space
My Clean Ocean – Sensory-based creation of 3D ocean habitats using recycled coloured papers, shells, sea creatures figurines and recycled items.
Art elements: Texture, Colour, Form
These experiences nurtured creativity, empathy, and environmental awareness—shaping our children into thoughtful stewards of the Earth.
