K2 children took part in a thoughtful activity called “Lending a Helping Hand” to show love and appreciation through kind actions at home.
The class began with a lively discussion on how they could help their mums. Some of their sweet ideas included:
-
“I can fold the laundry.”
-
“I will clean up my toys.”
-
“I can set the table.”
Next, the children created a special Helping Hand craft by doing a hand print. On each finger, they wrote one helpful action, and in the palm, a loving message like “I love you, Mummy!”
The handprints were beautifully decorated and displayed as a “Wall of Helping Hands” in class—a reminder that small efforts can make a big difference.
