As we continue to embark on our theme- Shaping the future through acts of kindness, the children participated in a series of engaging and meaningful activities during Kindness month of May.
Using the Kindness Day SG package, in collaboration with Singapore Kindness Movement, the Playgroup to Kindergarten 2 children used a variety of art materials to give Singa his colour on the Singa Face Design Hand-Held Fan and Singa Face Design masks.
The children also coloured the Photoframe Thank You card and gave it to someone they appreciate.
Using the DIY Letter Writing kit, the children wrote letters expressing gratitude and appreciation to people around them- friends or family members.
At the end of the month, the children carried out the kindness dance and recapped on different ways they can express kindness such as through verbal use of kind words or in writing letters of gratitude and appreciation to people around them, inspiring them to spread and create an impact of kindness in our community.
