On 27 July, Kinderland Siglap kicked off our Start Small Dream Big launch in school. Children put on their orange hats and were introduced to this year’s theme ‘Together for Tomorrow, Empowering Young Hearts’.
On 8 August, as part of our SSDB challenge and focus on Caring for our Family and the Community, Kinderland Siglap celebrated both Family and National Day. Wearing Red and White, the day started with children singing the National Anthem and reciting the pledge. They did a warm-up exercise to the beat of ‘I like to Move It, Move It’ before they explored the different game stations such as ‘Passing Hula Hoops’ as well as innovative games like SG 60 ‘Fan the balloon!’ and ‘Go Singapore!’ The children had a good bonding time with their parents, friends and teachers.
Through the series of meaningful, well planned activities, the children developed their positive learning disposition of appreciation as they cared and showed love for their family and community. What an exciting learning experience for our children!
