After an engaging oral health talk where they discovered the importance of keeping their teeth strong and healthy through regular brushing, practising good habits, and making healthier food choices, we introduced My Toothbrushing Diary — a fun and interactive way for children and their families to work together in building lasting oral care habits. During the June school holidays, parents partnered with us by recording their children’s daily toothbrushing in the diary.
This simple yet meaningful activity not only nurtured personal responsibility but also strengthened the home-school partnership, reminding us that when we work together today, we empower young hearts for a brighter and healthier tomorrow.
