Our finale for Start Small Dream Big - Bake Sale Day on 30 July 2020 🤩
The long-waited day has finally came! The K1 and K2 children were very excited to “sell” their Rainbow Honey Cornflake cookies to their parents. They gave two packets of the cookies to their parents in exchange for the non-perishable food items that are essential to the elderly.
The number of food items given by parents were overwhelming and have far exceeded our expection. 🥳We sincerely thank all parents for your generosity in living up the spirit of giving. 🥰
The food items given were donated to our partnering community - NTUC Health Senior Day Care (Silver Circle).
On behalf of the Elder Day Care, Mr William, the manager, expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the parents, children and staff of Edugarden Discovery.
The SSDB 2020 Project has indeed been a wonderful experience for all of us.
It is a successful event that are put together by the children themselves, the teachers and the parents.
We look forward to more meaningful collaborations with the community in the years to come!
