On 10th July 2023, our K2 children headed out to our community and conducted a plastic collection drive! This collection drive was held at the multi purpose hall of block 52A at Commonwealth Drive! Flyers were given out prior to the Collection Drive, to residents residing at Block 53 and to our fellow friends at Faith Methodist Kindergarten as well! All plastic items that were collected were sent to SembCorp’s recycling plant!

On the day of the Collection Drive, children went door to door at block 52, where we collected the plastic items that were donated by the residents!

K2 children had reached out to passers-by and collected recylable plastic items that they had on them! Some had came back and donated plastic items from home!
Friends from Faith Methodist Kindergarten visited our Collection Booth and donated lots of recyclable plastic items!
As to thank our community for helping us in reducing plastic use, our Toddlers, K1 and K2 children had prepared a token of appreciation that was given out to everyone that came by our booth!
Our Toddlers, K1 and K2 children used recycled recycled boxes to make bookmarks to give out to our community members who drop by the booth!
