It was an exciting day when the children met the life-sized Water Wally and Water Sally! Giggles and cheers filled the room as they came face-to-face with the friendly water heroes. The teachers talked about what water is and why it is so important, and the children couldn’t wait to share their own ideas. One by one, they spoke about what they already knew about water and what they wanted to discover. Throughout our SSDB project week, the children went on a little adventure of their own, thinking of fun and creative ways to save water and take care of this precious treasure.
