Story 2: Trash to Treasure Troop at My First Skool EFC02 - Project Journey & Finale

With the success of our Recycling Drive and Recycling League Projects, our centre geared towards the next stages. 25th July - Upcycling Craft with Parents

To continue our facilitation for children to cultivate the positive habit of recycling, we invited our parents to join our centre’s Upcycling Craft. Through this activity, our children demonstrated enthusiasm and responsibility by practising sustainable habits, particularly in using the recyclable materials they had donated to create their favourite stationeries or objects, like a piggy bank, a pencil stands, or a plant pot.

10th October 2025 - Paying Forward to Community Heroes and Parents - Finale 

It was amazing how much the children had been learning, enjoying, and exploring during our “Trash to Treasure Troop” Project. They shared their learning through various platforms. These included creating a ‘Thank You’ card for our Recycling Collectors, and sharing their appreciation for sustainability efforts through a dance and their captured learning moments in a video with their parents.
