Over the years, we’ve embarked on countless meaningful initiatives to enrich our children’s learning journey—but launching an auction-style event was a bold and exciting first for us all!
We’re delighted to share that our inaugural K2 Art Charity Auction, held in support of KidSTART Singapore Limited, was a resounding success! This remarkable non-profit organisation empowers families through early childhood development, and we are proud to contribute to their cause as part of our SSDB journey.
Guided by the theme “Embracing Diversity,” our K2 children created canvas artworks that beautifully reflected shared creativity and heartfelt connection. Working in small groups, they honed essential social-emotional skills—empathy, active listening, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving—while exploring lines, shapes, and the joys of artistic expression.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all parents for their unwavering support and generous contributions, which were instrumental in transforming this event into a joyful celebration of inclusivity and creativity. The room buzzed with laughter and excitement as parents proudly introduced each canvas artwork, sparking lively bidding and unforgettable moments of community spirit.
As part of our “Embracing Diversity: All Are Welcome” theme under the Start Small, Dream Big (SSDB) initiative, this project will continue with more inspiring activities through September 2025. We hope this experience has sparked curiosity, compassion, and courage in our children—encouraging them to embrace new challenges and welcome diversity with open hearts.
