SSDB LAUNCH PARTY

M.Y World @ Yishun Northland kicked off this year’s Start Small Dream Big journey with a joyful and meaningful launch party. The children from N2 to K2 levels joined the activity and were briefed on this year’s SSDB main theme that is “Sustainability Starts With Us” and “Caring for Family”. 

Our goal is to nurture children’s awareness and sense of responsibility towards caring for the environment. In addition to focusing on our planet, we will also extend our care to our families and elderly, helping children develop empathy, love and appreciation for those closest to them, building strong communities too.

Parents were also involved in this activity and showed great enthusiasm as they actively participated in the take-home activity. Together with their children, they pledged to adopt one or more sustainable practices as a family.

During the launch party, children watched a montage showcasing their peers’ pledges. After that, they shared the sustainable practices they had carried out with their families, reflecting their growing sense of environmental awareness and sense of responsibility.

The launch party concluded with a group photo to commemorate the meaningful day.
