This is the very first time our centre, MFS @ TP4 is taking part in this meaningful and inspiring “Start Small Dream Big” Project.
MFS @ TP4 hopes to inculcate courtesy, love and kindness towards the elderly. We hope to bring smiles and laughter to them and make a small difference in their daily lives.
To kick off, we introduced Singa, the Courtesy Lion, to the children and shared a story about how wonderful a grandmother could be as she could do many wonders … we ended off with a role play whereby the children acted out how to show kindness towards the elderly.
Our next small step would be involving parents to join us on a learning journey to “Pertapis Senior Citizen Fellowship Home”. We have brainstormed for a number of meaningful activities to be carried at the Home. Stay tuned to our next story …
