As part of MMI Henry Park’s second Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project, our children embarked on a meaningful learning journey to Changi Airport Terminal 3 food court - Kopitiam🌱
Beyond enjoying their meal, the experience focused on nurturing values that matter. The children learned to take responsibility by returning their own trays and bowls after eating, understanding that every small action contributes to a cleaner and more caring community.
More importantly, they were guided to express gratitude by saying “thank you” to the aunties and uncles working behind the scenes — the very people who keep the space running smoothly. Through this, the children gained a deeper appreciation for the efforts of others, often unseen but always essential.
It was a simple yet powerful experience, reminding us that kindness, respect, and responsibility can be cultivated from a young age — one small act at a time. 💛
