PCF Sparkletots Preschool @Bishan East-Thomson Blk 181 (CC) embarked on its Start Small Dream Big 2019 journey with the theme “Less Trash, Recycle More”. The goal of this project is for the children to be aware of plastic pollution and to be involved in solving this problem.
The children listened to the story of “Tabby the sea turtle” and “Oca the octopus” which was written by their teachers. They watched the teachers role play the characters. They gave meaningful suggestions on what they can do to save “Tabby” who was trapped in a plastic bag and “Oca” who was poisoned after ingesting plastic debris.
