The K2s discussed what they knew and wanted to know about Pets and had it recorded on a KWL chart.
To answer questions that they had, we had invited Mr Adam, a representative from NParks to give us greater insights on pets such as cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and terrapins. We even got to see some of the animals virtually! During the Q&A session, some children came forth to ask questions about the way pets are.
After the enriching presentation, we penned down what the K2 children had learnt on the KWL chart. The teachers could feel that the children were more keen to understand animals and realized that caring for them is not something to be taken lightly.
