YWCA Bishan kickstarts the SSDB project by making the banner for the “Many Helping Hands, Caring for Everyone” theme and the “Caring for Our Environment” sub-category.
Children and the teachers create the project banner featuring the “Go Green! It’s for you, It’s for me”, celebrating the launching of our SSDB project. Children know that protecting the environment and preserving nature is everyone’s responsibility. They strive to keep the community clean by creating awareness at school, home, community and public.
Gradually, children will learn to extend their love and care of the natural environment to their family & friend, community and animals.
