Introducing Upcycling & Carbon Crusaders, the dynamic duo who transform recyclable items into useful creations for Family Day. Children from Infant to K2 crafted fans from recyclable materials, which were later sold to parents during Family Day on 25 July 2025, as part of a fundraising effort for All Saints Home Elderly Care.
As part of the “Walking Towards Zero Emission” initiative, Infant, PG, N1, and N2 children accompanied the Carbon Crusader on a walk to Yishun Park, learning the importance of reducing carbon emissions.
Meanwhile, K1 and K2, guided by Upcycling Crusader, enjoyed Family Day activities with their parents. They engaged with DIY exercise equipment in collaboration with ActiveSG, combining fun, fitness, and eco-conscious living while learning how everyday activities can be sustainable and creative.
