The children took active steps to care for the environment by going around their surroundings to pick up litter and keep the area clean. What made it even more special was when we invited parents to join us for a litter-picking session at East Coast Park. During the two-hour session, we collected an impressive 17 bags of trash from the park alone!
With the children’s continued efforts back at the centre, we gathered a total of 41.5 bags of litter over the span of almost two months. It was truly heartwarming to see the children’s sense of responsibility and teamwork as they contributed to making the world a cleaner and greener place.
