As part of our ongoing SSDB (Start Small Dream Big) initiative, our teachers joined a sustainability learning journey at TerraSG’s Carbon Gallery, located at VidaCity. The immersive experience included engaging exhibits and discussions on carbon emissions, their impact on the environment, and practical strategies for reducing our carbon footprint—both professionally and personally.
One of the key highlights was the Upcycling Workshop, where teachers learned to creatively repurpose materials like fabric, paper, and plastic. They even crafted cup coasters using recycled fabric, reinforcing the importance of reducing waste through hands-on learning.
This experience shows that sustainability isn’t just for children—our teachers are also actively involved in championing eco-conscious practices and serving as role models in the journey towards a greener future.
