'Stay Connected, Make a Difference '

Even though we are facing the global pandemic these two years, it didn’t stop our children to care for our society. ‘Stay Connected, Make a Difference’ is the theme for 2021. In our school, teachers and children came hand in hand to help the people who are in need through various projects. Our children donated their story books for the Recycled Books Sale, to support the campaign. Book sale was successfully organised with the support of our teachers as well as our little ones. Our parents also gave full support during the whole process.

Making the meaningful key chain was another project we did, to support a cause. Thanks to “Singapore Kindness Movement” for providing us with the materials! Children chose their favourite pictures for their key chain. The objective of this activity was to raise awareness among children to respect and care for everyone around us. We selected “Rainbow Centre” as the beneficiary of this projects. This was in light of creating an inclusive society. Children learnt that all their friends are not

We will conduct a sale of items soon and the funds will be channelled to the beneficiary. Together, we can make a difference. As SSDB slogan goes, No one can do everything, but everyone can do something!

Stay tuned for more updates…
