During the second month of Circuit breaker our teachers and children of 5 levels (Tod to K2) shared their SSDB project journey with children and parents
Garden to Plate ‘I value Food’
Teachers launched the SSDB project using technology, zoom sessions. Teachers shared the process of how the plants in their garden grew from the seedlings. Children recalled their gardening experiences when teachers shared the pictures of them setting their own little gardens. Children were excited to see that their current garden has bloomed and displayed curiosity in wanting to visit their garden. Children also participated in an interactive session and discussed on the things that need for a plant to grow at various stages. Parents were glad to see their children engaged in gardening experiences and appreciated teachers for the wonderful shared experience.
