The N2, K1 and K2 Children from IYAD Perdaus Limited (Hougang) had initiated the SSDB Journey FY 2022! On 27 May, we prepared our orange hats and our big hearts to care for the Community and Persons with Disabilities.
This year we have collaborated with the Down Syndrome Association (Singapore) as our partner.
For the launch party, the children gathered in the sea of blue and yellow to commemorate World Down Syndrome Day! The Teachers initiated the discussion on Understanding Down syndrome and the children enthusiastically shared their experiences. Their thoughts were jotted down to give respect to each contribution, and then a card was created by the children to express their love, compassion and kindness towards to the people of Down Syndrome.
