SSDB 2025 Launch Party - In Conjunction with Sports Day

MOE Kindergarten @ Frontier launched this year’s Start Small Dream Big journey in conjunction with Sports Day! 🎉 Our little eco-creators came together to design their very own recycling bins, creatively repurposing items like bun wrappers, cereal boxes, and toilet rolls.

During Sports Day, our teachers made use of recycled items to create the various game materials. We cleaned up the ‘river’ filled with recycled items with the use of a ‘boat’ made out of recycled cardboard, bottle caps and fruit wrappers. Bowling pins were made using recycled 1.5L bottles, while the floorball sticks were assembled using recycled tissue rolls and paper.

The launch also encouraged parental involvement, with families contributing recycled items to support ongoing collaboration and future school and classroom activities.
