It started with an introduction on ‘What we need to grow vegetables in our Mini-Garden” by our Professional Horticulturlist volunteer Amy Yuan from United States.
Our explorers watched and learned the process of growing vegetables from preparing the soil to sowing the seeds watering them and observing the seeds grow.
It did not take too long to realise how hatd farmers have to work in the preparation of the ground to grow their crops.
