MFS-TBC Partnership with Sembcorp and Preschool Market

In our dedicated and heartwarming journey towards achieving success in our SSDB projects, My First Skool Telok Blangah proudly embraced the spirit of compassion and collaboration by joining hands with Preschool Market for an impactful Donation Drive.

Our collaboration with Preschool Market for the Heartwarming Donation Drive is not just a testament to our dedication to SSDB project success, but also a powerful example of the lasting impact it has on our children. It serves as a foundation for their lifelong journey towards becoming compassionate, empathetic, and socially responsible citizens who will continue to make positive contributions to our community and the world at large.

In our SSDB journey, we found yet another shining thread as other families shared their deeply cherished tradition of yearly book donations to charities. This beautiful gesture beautifully embodies the theme of ‘Many Helping Hands, Caring for Everyone.’ This family showcased the true spirit of collective goodwill. Their commitment to regularly donating books to those in need not only serves as a source of inspiration but also exemplifies the power of unity in making a meaningful impact on our community.

Our commitment to the “Many Helping Hands, Caring for Everyone” theme in the SSDB has taken on a profound dimension as we proudly embarked on a partnership with Sembcorp to champion plastic recycling. This collaboration not only aligns with our dedication to environmental sustainability but also exemplifies the transformative impact that collective efforts can bring to our community.

Through our partnership with Sembcorp, we’ve witnessed the incredible potential that arises when many hands come together for a common cause. By recycling plastic, we’re not just addressing an urgent environmental concern but also nurturing a sense of shared responsibility among our children, their families, and the wider community. It’s a beautiful tapestry of caring individuals and groups, each contributing their unique strengths and perspectives towards a cleaner, greener future. Our young learners, inspired by the actions of those around them, are discovering the power of teamwork and unity in addressing global challenges. As they sort and recycle plastics, they are not only reducing waste but also witnessing firsthand the profound impact of their actions on the environment and the well-being of others.

As we near the end of our SSDB project this year, we are looking forward to future clean-up drives, family engagement in sustainability challenges, and our active participation in a recycling contest. These planned efforts will demonstrate our continuous commitment to a cleaner environment as well as the opportunity for meaningful collaboration!
