Since our Virtual Launch Party, the children have been learning to use their caring hearts in school. The nursery children have been spotted doing many caring acts. It was a beautiful sight to see them in action.
Children symbolise caring for friends by sharing a ball during play.
Showing care for a crying friend who does not feel like coming to school by walking her into the school.
Children learnt to care for their toys by packing them nicely and returning them after play.
Children also gestured care for a friend by pulling out the chair for him sit.
Children were awarded with a ‘care heart’ for their kind acts, which they coloured and dropped into their care pots.
Children were also engaged in picture talk on caring acts towards their surrounding. The children participated in activity which required them to spot caring acts during the picture talk and place the ‘care alot bear’ as marker.
