Children chose to use recycled materials to create their gardening tools, such as ; pots and watering can. Children were tasked to share about recycling at home with their parents. All the parents were very encouraging and supportive. They offered to be the backbone of our recycling project by helping the children collect recyclable materials from their homes. The parents were generous with recycling their things for the benefit of learning and resonating with the belief of giving. Home and school, is indeed better together.
