How can we reduce our waste to help the world we live in? In the next part of the SSDB project, the little ones explored ways to reduce waste through dramatization. In each scenario, we were given an important task to identify the waste item(s) and discuss what can be done to reduce waste. We put on our thinking caps and tried to come up with creative solutions for each scenario!
We had so much fun with our friends during the role play! Most importantly, we learn that we can spread the message to our family members at home so that they too, can do their part. It can be as simple as bringing their own reusable bag to the supermarket or their own container for take away at the hawker centre. However, these small actions can go a long way!
