As we embark on this project to create awareness in reduction of food wastage and recycling, we have conducted some activities and invited an organization to aid us in our project. For a start, we have invited presenters from the Ugly Food Enterprise to help guide us and teach our children all about saving precious food resources by introducing to them what is Ugly Food about. We have also invited and collaborated with parents to work together with their children in sourcing out the food to create a fabulous recipe with ugly food as the main ingredient.
The results were marevellous and interesting as they came up with creative and exciting recipes. Parents too enjoyed the process of creating the recipes with their kids as they learn how to give ugly food a second chance.

For the second part of our project, we created task cards for children to complete with their parents as they learn and embark the basic contributions they can do to save the earth. After which they would upgrade themselves to be an Earth warrior and get the badge as a reward for completion.
