To kick start the SSDB programme, 631 PCF Sparkletots collaborated with All Saints Home.
All Saints Home is a Social Service Agency that provides comprehensive and professional eldercare sercives to the aged of all backgrounds.
Through this collaboration, children were given the opportunity to develop their social skills and learn how to show appreciation as well as compassion through their interactions with the elderly. Aside from that, it can also aspire them towards building a kind and inclusive society by teaching children how to care for the elderly through the session with All Saints Home.
On the event day, children had prepared simple Senior Exercise activities for the elderly to follow along. They were also able to engage the elderly in a bracelet making activity together! To end off the day, children shared their heartfelt letter to the elderly they were with on that day!
