Appreciating the dedication and efforts of our Home Team

To continue with our community involvement, we had the opportunity of appreciating the ‘Super Heroes’ of the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) who assist in the Myanmar earthquake. The other event was a community talk by Rocher Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC).

Event 1 - Appreciating the efforts of Singapore Civil Defence Force

On 6th May 2025, children from Khalsa Kindergarten took the initiative to thank the team of 80 personnel consisted of elite Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team (DART), operationally ready National Servicemen, full-time National Servicemen medical doctors, paramedics, search specialists with four dogs, hazardous materials specialists and support officers and four search canines from Singapore Civil Defence Force who left on March 29 to assist the rescue efforts in the earthquake that occured in Myanmar.

In appreciation of the rescuers’ efforts, children across the levels prepared a ‘Thank You’ card.
